Trainings
People tell you more than you think.
In the trainings you learn by doing: what gestures mean, how to hear what's between the words, how behavioral and linguistic analysis help you understand the other side's motives, needs and intentions. And assess credibility when it matters. Not to catch anyone out. To reach understanding more easily, respond more accurately, and know where you stand. For leaders, HR and sales: for anyone who negotiates, hires and works with people every day. The same skills work in the boardroom and at the family table. Start with the online course, then go deeper with live trainings tailored to your team.

Hear What the Client Isn't Saying
Clients don't say everything — sometimes they can't, sometimes they don't know yet, and sometimes they're deliberately holding cards for the negotiation. That's their right. This training teaches your team to read that second layer of the conversation: understanding the client's real needs, constraints and criteria — including the unspoken ones — and steering the conversation toward a better deal for both sides. Because the best salespeople truly understand who they're talking to. The method: body language, micro-expressions, linguistic analysis and elicitation — built into a repeatable system.
See the Candidate, Not the CV
Candidates arrive prepared — and you can hardly blame them, the stakes are high on both sides. The skill is reaching the real person behind the preparation: how they think, what drives them, where they thrive. This training teaches you to run interviews that reveal exactly that — because a good hire is a win for both sides, and a bad one hurts the company and the candidate alike.
Get More From Your Team
Every team shows more than it says — in how people react, when they lean in, and when they go quiet. This training teaches you to read those signals so you can lead people better: understand what drives each person, what someone's missing, and where untapped potential sits. Because a leader who reads the team knows how to run it — and spots tensions early as a side effect, not a full-time job.
Behavioral Profiling
The same person at ease and under pressure is often two different people. This training teaches you to understand those differences: what in someone's behavior is stable and what depends on circumstances — so you can give people roles and conditions where they genuinely win. Behavioral profiling and consistency assessment in service of sound people decisions, not labels.
Influence Without Pressure
Most persuasion fails because we focus on what we want to say — instead of how the other side decides. This training flips the perspective: you learn to understand what someone needs to say yes with conviction — and to lead them there without applying pressure. No manipulation tricks. Forced agreement comes back as a problem; understood agreement stays.
Lead the Room Before You Say a Word
People form a view of a leader in seconds — long before the first slide. This training works both directions at once: how you come across (posture, voice, how you enter the room) and how you read the room — whether people are with you, have doubts, or are leaving something unsaid. Hands-on camera work with direct feedback — you'll see yourself the way your team sees you.
Emotions on Your Side
Emotions in a conversation aren't noise — they're information. Yours tell you what matters to you; the other side's tell you what matters to them. This training teaches you to use both: understanding your own reactions before they take the wheel, and reading others' emotions as a signal, not a threat. The result: less stress, more control, and conversations led by you — not by adrenaline.
The Numbers Are Half the Deal
Financial due diligence tells you what the numbers show. Behavioral due diligence tells you how the people behind them relate to those numbers. This training prepares deal teams to read the other side: where conviction is real, and where it's still being built; which terms create resistance nobody has named; and whether the management team the deal rests on actually believes in it.
Credibility & Consistency Analysis
How do you tell a story that doesn't hold together because someone is lying — from one that wobbles because they're stressed, tired, or talking about something hard? This training teaches a methodical approach: baseline, signal clusters, linguistic analysis and context — instead of myths like "crossed arms means lying." Credibility is assessed by process, not gut feeling. No pseudoscience, no tricks.
